Individual Therapy

Starting therapy can feel a little uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. This is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. I will gently encourage you to explore areas that feel challenging—always at a pace that feels manageable for you. Growth can be uncomfortable, but it’s my job to help you navigate those moments in a way that feels safe and productive.

Our sessions are a collaborative process where we work together to explore what’s on your mind, identify your goals, and navigate the challenges you’re facing.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can get to know each other and see if we are the right fit for working together. It is really important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. I work using Relational Transactional Analysis and if you are interested in learning more about this approach, I am happy to speak this through with you during our call.
